Section 25

When any vehicle, vessel or aircraft has been seized under this Act a senior officer of customs may, at his discretion, temporarily return such vehicle, vessel or aircraft to the owner of the same on security being furnished to the satisfaction of such officer that the vehicle, vessel or aircraft shall be surrendered to him on demand.
