Section 125
(1)
A person who finds a gas appliance beyond repair or in an unsafe condition shall discontinue using the gas appliance and shall immediately notify an authorized officer of its conditions and location.
(2)
If the notification under subregulation (1) is made verbally, the person shall immediately after that reduce it to writing and shall state all the relevant facts.
