Section 92
(1)
Any application to sit for an examination shall be made in writing in the manner as may be determined by the Panel.
(2)
An application under subregulation (1) shall be considered by the Panel who shall decide whether or not the applicant is eligible to sit for the examination and the Panel shall notify the applicant of its decision.
