Powers of investigation

Section 51B
(1)
An Assistant Controller shall have the power to investigate the commission of any offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
(2)
An Assistant Controller investigating the commission of an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder may exercise all or any of the powers in relation to police investigation in seizable cases as provided for under the Criminal Procedure Code
[Act 593].
