Section 55C

Where any goods, document or computerized data seized in the exercise of any power under this Act is held in the custody of the

Government pending the completion of any proceedings in respect of an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder, the cost of holding it in custody shall, in the event of any person being found guilty of an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder, be a debt due to the Government by such person and shall be recoverable accordingly.
