Section 52
(1)
The Controller, Deputy Controller and any other officer specially authorized in writing by the Controller in that behalf may in writing require any owner or dealer to supply him any information he may request relating to any hire-purchase agreement or to the goods to which such agreement relates.
(2)
Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to supply any information requested under subsection (1) or supplies any information which he knows or has reason to believe to be false commits an offence under this Act.
