Section 81
(1)
In any legal proceedings under this Act, a copy of any entry in the accounts of the Organization duly certified by an officer of the
Organization authorized by the Director General shall be prima facie evidence of such entry having been made and of the truth of the contents of the entry.
(2)
The court may, upon application by the Public Prosecutor, require any person to produce any document which is in his possession and relevant to the case, and such documents shall be produced within the time specified by the court.
