Section 16I
(2)
The members of the Tribunal appointed under paragraph 16C(1)(b)
shall be paid—
(a)
a daily sitting allowance during the sitting of the Tribunal; and
(b)
such lodging, travelling and subsistence allowances, as the Minister may determine.
(3)
The remuneration provided for in subsections (1) and (2) shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund.
