16J. Secretary to Tribunal and other officers

There shall be appointed a Secretary to the Tribunal and such number of officers as may be necessary for carrying out the functions of the Tribunal.

“Tribunal” means the Tribunal for Homebuyer Claims established under section 16B. Powers of the Minister to determine housing accommodation
(2)
The Chairman shall have general control of the officers of the
Tribunal.
(3)
For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary to the Tribunal shall be deemed to be an officer of the Tribunal.
