Section 19
(1)
For the purposes of an application under section 9, an approval for a trust deed or contractual agreement shall only be granted if—
(a)
an approval for the appointment of trustee referred to in subsection 22(2) has been obtained; and
(b)
the approval for the appointment of the trustee has not been revoked and the trustee has not ceased office.
(2)
In granting the approval, the Registrar shall have the power to impose any conditions that he thinks fit.
