Section 62

(1)

The trust deed or contractual agreement of a scheme may provide that the scheme is to be wound up—

(a)

at a specified time; or

(b)

in the specified circumstances or on the happening of a specified event.

(2)

A provision of the trust deed or contractual agreement that purports to provide that the scheme is to be wound up if a particular company ceases to be its management company shall be void.
