Section 44
(1)
A management company shall maintain a registered office in Malaysia at all times.

(2)
The management company shall notify the Registrar of any change in the address of its registered office within fourteen days of such change.
(3)
The management company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
