Section 132

Failure to give proper justice to wife

Any person who fails to give proper justice to his wife or wives according to Islamic Law commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
