(2)
The Court may—
(a)
if any order made under subsection (1) provides for payment to be made monthly, sentence the person wilfully failing to comply with the order to imprisonment not exceeding one month for each month’s payment remaining unpaid; and
(b)
in any other case, sentence the person wilfully failing to comply with the order made under subsection (1) to imprisonment not exceeding one year for any payment remaining unpaid.
