Section 34

Contravention of section 30

Any person who contravenes section 30 commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with both such fine and imprisonment; and for a second or subsequent offence shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
