Section 42
Every Register of Marriages kept by the Chief Registrar or
Registrar under this Ordinance and any copy of any entry therein, certified under his hand and seal of office to be a true copy or extract, shall be prima facie evidence in all courts and tribunals of the dates and acts contained or set out in the Register of Marriages, copy or extract.
