Section 1

This Enactment may be cited as the Korporasi Pembangunan Desa Sabah

Enactment 1981 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint.

The Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts or provisions of the Enactment.
