(1)
The Minister may give to the Corporation directions of a general character, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Enactment, as to the exercise and performance by the
Corporation of its functions and the Corporation shall give effect to any direction so given.
(2)
The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.
