Section 37

Section 37

(1)

All moneys paid to the Corporation shall be paid into an account in such bank or banks licensed under the provisions of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372.] as may be approved by the Corporation.

(2)

All orders against the said account shall be signed by the General Manager and countersigned by another officer of the Corporation authorised in writing in that behalf by the

Corporation.
