The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
Regulations made under this section—
may provide that any contravention of any provision thereof shall be an offence; and
may provide for the imposition of penalties which shall not exceed twenty-five thousand ringgit for any offence thereunder.
Authority
“Authority” means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3;
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
