Section 38B
(a)
leaving it at the registered office of the Labuan financial institution; or
(b)
sending it by post to the registered office of the Labuan financial institution.
(2)
Where a document or notice has been served in accordance with subsection (1), the document or notice is deemed to have been properly served on the Labuan financial institution.
