⎯(1)
The surrender of a sublease by agreement between the parties may be affected by endorsing thereon the word
“surrendered” and that endorsement, if signed by all necessary parties and attested, shall be noted on the Register and on the issue document of title, and shall thereupon operate to vest all the estate and interest of the sublessee in the lessor.
(2)
No sublease subject to a charge or sublease shall be surrendered without the consent of the chargee or sublessee.
