Section 18
(1)
The Authority may appoint committees for any purposes rising out of or connected with any of its duties, functions and powers under this Act.
(2)
Any committee appointed under this section may appoint one or more sub-committees.
(3)
Any committee or sub-committee so appointed shall conform to any instructions from time to time given to it by the Authority or the committee by which it was appointed, and the Authority or such committee may at any time discontinue or alter the constitution of any committee or sub-committee so appointed.
