Section 29
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act—
(a)
defining the relations of the Authority with boards or corporations;
(b)
prescribing the system of management of the Authority and the responsibilities and control of officers and servants of the Authority;

(c)
imposing fees in such cases as may be determined by the
Authority;
(d)
regulating the opening, keeping, closing and audit of accounts of boards and corporations;
(e)
generally for the exercise of their powers and duties under this Act.
