Section 16A

Pending the formation of the management corporation it shall be the duty of the vendor or assignee of any unit in a building capable of being subdivided to notify an intending buyer or bidder of such unit, of all house rules, mutual covenants, the terms of the existing sale and purchase agreement and a statement of all contributions and other payments required to be paid before the bidder or purchaser can own an interest in such unit. In default, the vendor or assignee and every person who is knowingly a party to the default shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Ringgit Malaysia five thousand.
