Section 17A

When the Chairman of the Local Authority has exercised the powers conferred upon him by subsection (1) he shall as soon as possible notify the management corporation concerned or every member thereof or the person responsible for the management of the subdivided building and the common property.

Any expenses incurred by the Chairman of the Local Authority arising from the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection (1) shall be charged upon the management fund of the corporation.
