Section 12
—
(1)
The holder of a licence shall not transfer or assign his licence without the prior written approval of the Superintendent.
(2)
The Superintendent may, on sufficient cause being shown to his satisfaction and subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, permit—
(a)
the transfer of a licence to another person; or
(b)
the transfer of premises in respect of which it is granted to a different premises, and such transfer shall be endorsed on the licence.
(3)
No part of the licensed premises shall be assigned or sub-let.
