Section 26
—
(1)
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other written law relating to land use or conditions of titles relating to land, and shall be also in addition to any other written law governing the licensing of any of the prescribed trading activities
(2)
In the event of any conflict with the provisions of this
Ordinance and that of any other written law pertaining to the use of land or buildings for or the licensing of the prescribed trading activities, the provisions of this Ordinance shall prevail.
