Section 4
—
(1)
A person requiring a licence or the renewal of such licence shall make application in writing to the Superintendent and in such form as may be prescribed.
(2)
Each application shall be accompanied by—
(a)
a certified true copy of the title to the land on which the premises to be used for the trade, business applied for, is situated;
(b)
if the applicant is not the owner of the land or premises, the consent from such owner for the premises to be used for the trade or business, applied for;
(c)
a copy of the occupation permit or certificate of fitness for the premises; and
(d)
such other information or documents as may be required by the Superintendent.
