Articles of association
(1)
There shall be lodged with the memorandum of a Langkawi company the articles of association signed by the subscribers to the memorandum prescribing regulations for the company.
(2)
Articles of association shall be—
(a)
printed;
(b)
divided into numbered paragraphs; and
(c)
signed by each subscriber to the memorandum or, if any subscriber is a company, sealed with its company seal or signed on its behalf.
