Voting by members
(1)
Except as otherwise provided in the memorandum or articles of association of a Langkawi company, all shares vote as one class and each share has one vote.
(2)
The directors of a Langkawi company may fix the date notice is given of a meeting as the record date for determining the shares that are entitled to vote at the meeting.
