Section 75
(1)
Every Langkawi company shall cause minutes of all proceedings of meetings of members and of meetings of directors to be entered in books kept for that purpose.

Unless the Registrar otherwise directs, all minute books of a Langkawi company shall be kept at the registered office of the company but duplicates of the minute books or any of them may be kept elsewhere and shall be open for inspection without any charge by any member.
