Section 72
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedules to this Act.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister may, after consultation with the Attorney General, by order published in the Gazette, amend the Fifth Schedule to limit public defence services in the interests of justice.
