Section 67
Public Defender—
(a)
to give or refuse to give legal aid under Part III or public defence services under Part IV to any applicant;
(b)
to revoke a legal aid certificate, terminate legal companion services or revoke a public defence certificate; or
(c)
to refuse an application for legal aid or public defence services to appeal against the decision of the court under section 33 or 60 to the aided person or aided accused respectively, may be appealed to the Minister and the Minister may confirm, reverse or vary any decision of the Director General or the Chief
Public Defender and the decision of the Minister is final.
