receive voluntary contributions to the Baitulmal from any Muslim person; and

with the approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, by order published in the Gazette, require any Muslim person or

class of Muslim persons to pay monthly contributions to the

Baitulmal of such amount as may be prescribed.

Nothing in this Part shall be construed as precluding the

Majlis from receiving contributions to the Baitulmal from any person, including person not professing the religion of Islam.
