Section 78

Public Authorities Protection Act 1948

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the

Majlis, the Secretary, the Lembaga or committee or any member thereof or the officers and servants of the Majlis or any other persons authorized in writing by the Majlis in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by any of them in such capacity.
