Section 79

Public servants

Majlis and members of the Lembaga and committees established by the Majlis and the Lembaga respectively under this Ordinance shall, while discharging their duties as such members, officers, servants or

Secretary, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the

Penal Code [Act 574].
