Section 163
Where two or more persons are appointed as the conservators of an affected person—
170
(a)
the functions or the powers of the conservator may be performed or exercised by any one of them or by both or all of them jointly; and
(b)
a reference to the conservator in this Act shall be a reference to whichever one of the persons appointed.
