Section 43
(1)
The licensing authority may require any person undertaking any activity involving fuel to furnish to the licensing authority information relating to the composition and use of such fuel.
(2)
Any person who fails to furnish any information relating to the composition and use of any fuel as may be required under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
