The Director General may, in writing, authorize any officer of the Board to exercise the powers of enforcement under this Act.
Director General
“Director General” means the Director General of the Board appointed under section 15;
An officer authorized under subsection (1) when acting under this Act shall, on demand, declare his office and produce to the person against whom he is acting or from whom he seeks any information such authority card as the Director General may direct to be carried by such officer.
