(a)
if premises have been searched under section 23C, the occupier of the premises that have been searched, or to his agent or servant, at those premises; and
(b)
if a conveyance is seized under section 23D, the person in control or in charge of the conveyance.
(2)
If the premises are unoccupied, the seizing officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously on the premises.
