Section 14
(1)
The Minister shall, on the advice of the Chairman, appoint from amongst the public officers, a Space Regulator for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Space Regulator shall perform the functions and duties imposed and exercise the powers conferred upon him under this
Act.
