Executive Secretary to the Board

Section 8
(2)
The Executive Secretary shall be responsible for—
(a)
the day-to-day management of the affairs of the Board;
(b)
the implementation of the decisions of the Board; and
(c)
the carrying out of any other duties as directed by the
Board.
(3)
The Executive Secretary shall, in carrying out his duties, act under the direction of the Board.
