Section 35
(1)
The Board shall be responsible to the Minister and the
Minister may, from time to time, issue directives on any aspect of the functions of the Board and any such directive shall be binding on the Board.
(2)
The Board shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information with respect to its property and activities as the Minister may from time to time require.
