Section 12
of Members Administration And Members Legislative Assembly Remuneration Enactment 1981
Section 12
(1)
Subject to subsections (2)
and (3), the salaries, allowances and benefits payable under this Enactment shall be paid out of monies provided by the Legislative
Assembly.
(2)
The remuneration of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative
Assembly under this Enactment shall be charged on the State Consolidated Fund.
(3)
Pensions and gratuities payable under the provision of the First Schedule shall be charged on the State Consolidated Fund.
