Section 6
of Members Administration And Members Legislative Assembly Remuneration Enactment 1981
Section 6
(1)
The remuneration of the Members of the Administration shall consist of—
(a)
in the case of the Chief Minister, a monthly salary of thirty three thousand thirty three ringgit;
(b)
in the case of the Deputy Chief Minister, a monthly salary of twenty nine thousand two hundred twenty one and fifty cents;
(c)
in the case of a Minister a monthly salary of twenty two thousand eight hundred sixty nine ringgit;
(d)
in the case of an Assistant Minister a monthly salary of seventeen thousand seven hundred eighty seven ringgit;
(e)
in the case of a Political Secretary a monthly salary of seven thousand six hundred twenty three ringgit.
(2)
Where a Member of the Administration is a Member of the Legislative
Assembly, he shall be entitled, in addition to the salary specified in subsection (1), to the monthly allowance payable to him as a Member of the Legislative Assembly as specified in section 3.

(3)
A Member of the Administration shall also be entitled to such other allowances and privileges at such rates and on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Cabinet from time to time.
