In this Enactment, unless the context otherwise requires—

Section 2
“Member” means a Member of the Administration, a Member of the Legislative
Assembly, and the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly;
“Member of the Administration” has the meaning assigned to it in Clause (2) of Article 160 of the Federal Constitution.
