Section 5

In addition to the allowances payable under section 3 and the salaries and allowances payable under section 4, the persons specified in those sections shall also be entitled to such other allowances and privileges at such rates and on such terms and conditions as may be directed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri and such direction shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
