Section 16
(1)
No vehicle may enter upon any wharf or port area without the permission of the Wharf Superintendent or

some other person authorized by him in that behalf.
(2)
No vehicle shall park within any port area or on any wharf or approach thereto in such manner as to cause obstruction.
(3)
No vehicle shall be left unattended on any wharf or within any port area except in a parking area.
(4)
No petrol shall be allowed to leak on any wharf or in any port area.
