Section 54

When two or more vessels contain explosives to an amount exceeding two thousand pounds a distance of not less than fifty yards shall be maintained between such vessels in any port or harbour, except during transhipment, and unless, in the opinion of the Port Officer, it is impracticable to maintain such distance.
